'Twas the day before NZIF and all through the house...

It’s improv fest time! And I’m NOT in charge and I’m not stressed out and I’m teaching tomorrow and I’m so excited to be there. I don’t have more to say right now but I look forward to building many new opinions and experiences over the next nine days…

NZIF: There are 30-something workshops at NZ Improv Fest and of these there are TWO with spaces still available. Claim your spot, get on a waitlist for something else, and join us for the joy.

Post festival offerings:

Scenework Intensive (Locomotive). 6 Mondays from 23 October, 7pm-9pm at Thistle Hall, registration from $85. A fun workout co-taught by Jennifer O’Sullivan and Matt Powell - continue the work you did during NZIF and get those improv skills toned for summer!

The Joy of Improv (Wellington Improv Troupe). 8 Thursdays from 12 October, 7:30pm - 9:30pm at Wellington High School, registration $185. “Suitable even if you have zero experience of drama or improv” - get your newbies into it!

Improv For The Stage (Wellington Improv Troupe). 8 Thursdays from 12 October, 7:30pm - 9:30pm at Wellington High School, registration $185. “Perfect if you've done an intro class or more with WIT or another troupe”.

WIT Tuesdays (Wellington Improv Troupe). 6-8pm, Te Auaha, various teachers. Drop in, koha. Check the most recent newsletter (at the link) for info on this week’s session.

Improv Movement Class (Java Dance). 9-10.30am Tuesdays, join the FB group to stay in the loop.
